Pangrits are spiky, sharp-toothed reptilian bipeds that dwell along Abecean shores. They are stubborn and often dull-witted. Pangrits are similar to guar in that their meat is edible and the beasts are easy to train. They are apparently delicious with a honey glaze or spice berry sauce. Pangrits can grow large enough to serve as mounts. Tame pangrits can also be found in the company of Hadolids. Rumor has it that Hadolids created the pangrit, but these claims are unverified.
A juvenile Pangrit is called a "nymphling".
