Vlastarus

Vlastarus is a town in southwestern Cyrodiil, southeast of Castle Brindle. The town can be captured by gaining control of the three objective flags for your alliance. It is connected via the Transitus Network to Castle Brindle. The roads of Vlastarus are frequented by guards deployed by the Alliance which controls Castle Brindle, which can result in conflict with the guards defending Vlastarus.

Vlastarus Safe House

The Vlastarus Safe House is located on the southern edge of the town, beside the main road. The alliance which controls the town can use the Safe House to access the Transitus Network. It is linked to Castle Brindle.

Capture PointsEdit

There are three capture points in Vlastarus, all of which must be controlled by the same alliance in order to gain control of the town:

Central flag: In the center of the town (three guards)
Merchant flag: On a platform to the north of the town (two guards, and the quartermaster)
Outlier flag: Behind the watchtower (no guards)

Affliction	Set Type
2 items: Adds 3-129 Weapon and Spell Damage 3 items: Adds 25-1096 Maximum Stamina 4 items: Adds 3-129 Stamina Recovery 5 items: When you deal damage, you deal 330 Disease damage to the target. The enemy is then afflicted with the Diseased status effect, applying Minor Defile to the target, reducing their Healing Received and Health Recovery by 8% for 4 seconds. This effect can occur once every 4 seconds and scales off the higher of your Weapon or Spell Damage.

Alessian Order	Set Type
2 items: Adds 34-1487 Armor 3 items: Adds 34-1487 Armor 4 items: Adds 28-1206 Maximum Health 5 items: Increase your Health Recovery by 2% of your sum total Physical Resistance and Spell Resistance, up to a maximum of 1320. Current Bonus Health Recovery: 0.

Bastion of the Heartland	Set Type
2 items: Adds 28-1206 Maximum Health 3 items: Adds 4% Healing Taken 4 items: Reduces your damage taken from Players by 3%. 5 items: Reduces your damage taken from Siege Weapons and Player area of effect abilities by 10%.

Beckoning Steel	Set Type
2 items: Adds 34-1487 Armor 3 items: Adds 28-1206 Maximum Health 4 items: Adds 34-1487 Armor 5 items: Generate an aura that causes you and 11 group members within the aura to take 10% less damage from projectiles. This bonus persists through death. You can only be affected by one instance of Beckoning Steel.

Blessing of the Potentates	Set Type
2 items: Reduces your damage taken from Players by 3%. 3 items: Reduces the cost of your Ultimate abilities by 15%.

Crest of Cyrodiil	Set Type
2 items: Adds 3-129 Stamina Recovery 3 items: Adds 28-1206 Maximum Health 4 items: Adds 28-1206 Maximum Health 5 items: When you Block, heal for 2871 Health. This effect can occur every 4 seconds and scales off your Max Health.

Deadly Strike	Set Type
2 items: Adds 3-129 Weapon and Spell Damage 3 items: Adds 15-657 Critical Chance 4 items: Adds 3-129 Weapon and Spell Damage 5 items: Increase the damage your damage over time and channeled abilities do by 15%.

Elf Bane	Set Type
2 items: Adds 25-1096 Maximum Magicka 3 items: Adds 3-129 Weapon and Spell Damage 4 items: Adds 3-129 Weapon and Spell Damage 5 items: While in combat, increases the duration of your Flame Damage over Time abilities by 5 seconds. This effect does not work with beam or channeled effects.

Ravager	Set Type
2 items: Adds 15-657 Critical Chance 3 items: Adds 28-1206 Maximum Health 4 items: Adds 3-129 Weapon and Spell Damage 5 items: Each time you attempt to reduce the target's Physical or Spell Resistance, you gain a stack of Ravager for 5 seconds, increasing your Weapon and Spell Damage by 3-146. You can gain a stack every 1 second. At 4 stacks, the duration doubles but cannot be refreshed.

The Juggernaut	Set Type
2 items: Adds 28-1206 Maximum Health 3 items: Adds 34-1487 Armor 4 items: Adds 28-1206 Maximum Health 5 items: When you take damage while under 30% Health, heal for 4428 Health immediately and gain 465-20000 Armor for 15 seconds. This effect can occur once every 1 minute and the heal scales off your Max Health.

NotesEdit

Prior to Update 11, Vlastarus was an Explorable Location and used a Town map marker. It originally provided experience on discovery, but this Discovery XP was removed when the town became an Alliance War objective.
Prior to Update 20, the Safe House could be used as a respawn location for the controlling alliance, but was not connected to the Transitus Network.
