The Shambles is the northeastern district of Fargrave. It can be accessed from Fargrave Foodstuffs, the Fargrave Outlaws Refuge, and the Fargrave Crafting Plaza within Fargrave City District, as well as the Shambles Wayshrine once discovered.
A heavy sack can spawn in front of a corpse half-covered in sand that's seated near the entrance to the Outlaws Refuge.
