Niyaneh is a Redguard who can be found at the Saltwalker Militia Camp. She can be found on the east side of the camp with her friends, Bernetta and Orinthus.

Niyaneh cannot be spoken to, but she and her companions will often speak to each other. Prior to completing Malignant Militia, you'll hear:
- Niyaneh : "Seems like no matter who's in charge mages aren't appreciated."
- Bernetta : "No, it's worse now. One of those drunken brutes almost broke my arm yesterday."
- Niyaneh : "This militia is falling apart. How much longer does Captain Usnagikh expect to keep it together?"
- Orinthus : "Captain Usnagikh said to be patient, and he's never led us astray."
After, you'll hear instead:
- Niyaneh : "Well, with Captain Usnagikh back in charge we're finally getting some respect."
- Bernetta : "True, but now he's making us do the same weapon drills as the other recruits."
- Niyaneh : "I know—he says I have to spar with Matthieu Vette."
- Orinthus : "You won't be sorry if we ever get into an actual battle."
