A possible New Life Gift Box reward, obtained during the New Life Festival event (starting in 2016). It comes inside a Runebox: Mud Ball Pouch item, which can be traded with other players even after the event ends. Mud Ball consumables have the same effect as this memento, but are consumed upon use.

Mud Ball Pouch Zone: Eastmarch Quest: Castle Charm Challenge, Fish Boon Feast, Mud Ball Merriment, Signal Fire Sprint, Snow Bear Plunge, Stonetooth Bash, The Trial of Five-Clawed Guile, War Orphan's Sojourn Effect: When quickslotted, this memento allows you to throw mud balls at other players and certain NPCs, covering them in mud. Striking some NPCs (such as Tamriel Guards) will result in a bounty.
