Kelps Yat (also called Dragon Grove) is a town found in southwestern Hammerfell, on the shores of the Eltheric Ocean near the city-state of Hegathe.
The town of Kelps Yat has been in existence since at least the Tiber Wars. During the Imperial Simulacrum in the late-Third Era, the town of Dragon Grove was an active settlement. It was ruled by Lady Klaltaki and had a rivalry with Chasetown. Dragon Grove is neighbored by several settlements, including Chasetown and Sunkeep to the north, and Hegathe to the south.
