Meir Darguard is a settlement located on the west-central region of High Rock, southwest of the city-state, Shornhelm. The settlement shares its name with the Darguard Ridge, which is located in the vicinity of Rivenspire.

During the Imperial Simulacrum in the late Third Era, the town of Meir Darguard was an active settlement. It was ruled by Baron Andoryan and had a rivalry with Kings Guard. The only temple in the town was the Conclave of Riana. Meir Darguard was neighbored by several settlements, including Eagle Brook to the southwest, Meir Thorvale to the east, and White Haven to the northeast.
